Included in the Problem Pooch Pack: 1 x 1-hour initial private training session with one of our expert trainers 2 x 1-hour follow-up sessions with your trainer to keep your pooch on track 1 x 1 hour on lead group training walk A personalised training plan Access to our private Facebook group for weekly trainer Q&As Book your first session online, and then at your first session, we can get you all booked in for your follow-up & walk. *Follow-up sessions & walk must be used within three months of the first session.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, Please get in touch with us at least 48 hours in advance by calling or texting 0405365572. It's important to note that our 'on-walk membership' comes with its own policy. (Please check your member account) In the event of a cancellation after a payment has been received, there will be a $10 administration fee. Should you need to cancel your appointment without providing the required 48-hour notice, a processing fee equal to 50% of your booking cost will be applied. For each booking, one reschedule is allowed with no associated fee. However, any subsequent rescheduling will incur an administration fee of $50. Please note that the rescheduling fee does not apply to on-lead walks.
