Enjoy live step by step coaching to alleviate any issues you may be facing and real time demonstrations using the Trainer's dog whilst you follow along. Our virtual sessions really do provide the same success of our in-person training sessions, just online! If you're outside of our service area, unable to make an in-person session, or if you just prefer an online alternative, then this is the package for you! No video software installation is necessary, simply click the link that we provide to you. It's that easy! Please note: All 4 sessions must be used within 12 months of the initial session.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, Please get in touch with us at least 48 hours in advance by calling or texting 0405365572. It's important to note that our 'on-walk membership' comes with its own policy. (Please check your member account) In the event of a cancellation after a payment has been received, there will be a $10 administration fee. Should you need to cancel your appointment without providing the required 48-hour notice, a processing fee equal to 50% of your booking cost will be applied. For each booking, one reschedule is allowed with no associated fee. However, any subsequent rescheduling will incur an administration fee of $50. Please note that the rescheduling fee does not apply to on-lead walks.
