Thank you for choosing IdaBoss Dog Training! We are committed to providing high-quality training services for you and your dog. Please read the following terms and agreements carefully. By engaging in our services, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions outlined below.

1. Service Agreement
​

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) represent the contract between IdaBoss Dog Training (referred to as “We,” “Our,” or “Us”) and you, the client (“You,” “Your,” or “Customer”). By using our services, you agree to the terms set out in this document.

​

This Agreement covers all services offered by IdaBoss Dog Training, which include but are not limited to private training sessions, group classes, virtual or phone consults, assistance animals, and any other related services provided on our website.

​

By browsing our website and/or booking services such as private lessons, group walks, or virtual appointments, you acknowledge and agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. These Terms include references to other policies that are available to you through hyperlinks.

​

By engaging with our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this Agreement and are at least 18 years old. These Terms apply to everyone who interacts with our website, including browsers, customers, vendors, and content contributors.

2. General Terms
​

IdaBoss Dog Training reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason, in its sole discretion.

​

You agree not to duplicate, sell, or misuse any part of our services without obtaining prior written consent from us.

​

The headings used in this document are for convenience only and do not influence the interpretation of these Terms.

​

3. Service Description
​

Through this Agreement, we provide dog training services (“Services”), which include:

  • One-on-one sessions

  • Group Walks

  • Assistance Dog and NDIS training

  • Virtual and Phone consults

  • Public events

  • Other related training services as available

​

4. Your Responsibilities
​

You guarantee that all the information you provide about yourself, and your dog is accurate, current, and complete when registering for our services. If any information changes, you agree to notify us promptly. If we find that the information you provide is incorrect or misleading, we reserve the right to cancel your registration.

​

It is your responsibility to disclose any known behavioural issues of your dog, especially if your dog displays aggression or poses any risks. If these details change, you must inform us right away. Failure to provide accurate details may result in us refusing service and you agreeing to indemnify us against any damages.

​

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must inform us at least 48 hours in advance by calling or texting 0405 365 572.

​

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult during training. Children should not be left alone with dogs and must not interfere with training activities.

You are responsible for the safety and behaviour of any children you bring to the session.

​

5. Dogs Attending Sessions
​

All dogs attending training must have up-to-date vaccinations, (with the exception of Puppy Potential Packs) and must be willing to provide proof of vaccination if requested.

​

We may assess whether a dog is suitable for group classes. If required, we may ask for proof of prior training or schedule an evaluation. Ultimately, we reserve the right to accept or refuse a dog based on our assessment.

​

Ill or contagious dogs should not attend training sessions. If your dog is unwell, contact us immediately to reschedule or cancel the session.

​

Dogs in heat are generally permitted in training sessions, but you should notify us in advance if your dog may be in heat.

​

We have the right to refuse service to any dog. If your dog has a history of reactivity or other concerning behaviours, you must provide full disclosure before your training session.

​

Dogs must be on a leash at all times, unless directed otherwise. If working off-leash, dogs must be under your control at all times.

​

You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog during the session.

​

Certain dogs may not be suitable for group classes. We reserve the right to remove any dog from a group session if we feel it is not a good fit.

​

If your dog exhibits distress or reactivity during the session, we may cancel the session and issue a refund, depending on the situation.

​

6. Payment and Refunds
​

Services are not confirmed until full payment is received. You are responsible for confirming your booking and ensuring payment is made on time.

​

We accept payments via bank transfer or other listed methods available on our booking services. The payment details will be provided in your invoice.

​

Payment must be made at least 48 hours before the session begins. Failure to make timely payment may result in your registration being cancelled.

​

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance calling or texting 0405 365 572. Late cancellations will forfeit any fees paid. We may apply a $50 administration fee for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

​

No refunds will be given for cancellations after services have begun.

​

7. Privacy and Data Collection
​

By registering for our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

​

8. Intellectual Property
​

All content provided during our services, including videos, guides, and notes, remains the intellectual property of IdaBoss Dog Training. You agree not to distribute or share any of these materials without prior written consent. Any infringement will be met with legal action, and you agree to indemnify us for any associated costs.

​

9. Media Usage
​

You acknowledge that we may take photographs, videos, or other media during the training sessions, which may feature you or your dog. These materials may be used for promotional purposes by IdaBoss Dog Training without compensation. By attending our sessions, you grant us permission to use these images or videos in marketing and other materials. Please notify us prior to your session if you do not wish for photographs to be taken or used.

​

You will not have any claims regarding the use of these materials. We agree to avoid using these materials in a defamatory or damaging way.

​

10. Social Media
​

We may share media from training sessions on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others. By participating, you give us permission to use images and videos of you and your dog for such purposes. We agree to use these materials in a respectful and non-harmful way.

​

We reserve the right to block or remove individuals from our social media platforms if they engage in harmful or inappropriate behaviour.

​

11. Client Conduct
​

By engaging with our services, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner and comply with our guidelines during training sessions. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to terminate your participation in the session without a refund.

​

12. Health and Safety

​

If you or anyone you’ve been in contact with has been exposed to contagious diseases like COVID-19, please notify us and refrain from attending sessions. Your health and the health of others is our priority.

​

13. Service Modifications or Cancellations
​

We may change or discontinue services at any time, including switching to virtual sessions when needed. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes. If a service is cancelled, we will refund any payments you have made for services not rendered.

In the event of inclement weather or other safety concerns, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions.

​

14. Limitation of Liability
​

While we strive to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee that our services will be free from errors or interruptions. You use our services at your own risk. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service, and we are not responsible for any other damages or losses.

​

15. Indemnity
​

You agree to indemnify and hold IdaBoss Dog Training harmless from any legal actions or claims arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other relevant laws.

​

16. Severability
​

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full force.

​

17. Termination
​

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in our services at any time if you fail to comply with these Terms.

18. Governing Law
​

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IdaBoss Dog Training operates.

19. Modifications to Agreement
​

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any changes.​​
