Our Manners Makeover training session is designed for new or existing client's to help your dog tackle whatever the issue may be! From barking to pulling on lead & everything in between, we have you covered! This flexible session can be used as an initial consult, with options to book in further follow-ups to suit your pooches individual needs! Perfect for dogs who need a little extra help, our private session is tailored to provide a "manners makeover," ensuring your dog evolves into a well-behaved member of your family. The Manners Makeover Inclusions: - A 1 hour in-person training session with one of our expert trainers - A personalised training plan tailored to your dog - Access to our private Facebook group for ongoing trainer support - Options for additional follow-up sessions *No additional cost for multiple dogs in the one home.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, Please get in touch with us at least 48 hours in advance by calling or texting 0405365572. It's important to note that our 'on-walk membership' comes with its own policy. (Please check your member account) In the event of a cancellation after a payment has been received, there will be a $10 administration fee. Should you need to cancel your appointment without providing the required 48-hour notice, a processing fee equal to 50% of your booking cost will be applied. For each booking, one reschedule is allowed with no associated fee. However, any subsequent rescheduling will incur an administration fee of $50. Please note that the rescheduling fee does not apply to on-lead walks.
