Service Description

*Price Inclusive of GST Address any behavioural issues that you may be having with your dog in a 45 minute video chat with one of our trainers. Just like an in person session, just online instead! Perfect for if you are outside of our service area or are unable to make an in person appointment. After your session with us, you will receive a tailored training plan for your dog and access to our private Facebook group for ongoing support.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, Please get in touch with us at least 48 hours in advance by calling or texting 0405365572. It's important to note that our 'on-walk membership' comes with its own policy. (Please check your member account) In the event of a cancellation after a payment has been received, there will be a $10 administration fee. Should you need to cancel your appointment without providing the required 48-hour notice, a processing fee equal to 50% of your booking cost will be applied. For each booking, one reschedule is allowed with no associated fee. However, any subsequent rescheduling will incur an administration fee of $50. Please note that the rescheduling fee does not apply to on-lead walks.
